Choosing New Single Family Residential Zones – Informational Meeting

The Interim Control Ordinance that defined the size and scale of single-family home development in the Sycamore Square and Brookside neighborhoods is set to expire in July of 2018. To ensure that building and development in these neighborhoods remains fair and in-scale with the existing homes, we are working to overlay one of the city’s newly adopted Single Family Zones to the community. To ensure there is no gap between the expiration of the Interim Control Ordinance and a new ordinance, we are beginning this process now.
